The extraordinary transformation of the lower level of the house!
In this video, you will see how an un-usable lower level of the house, was fully transformed into a self contained entertainment area.
Apart from the renovation, we added an extension to the house, bringing the indoor area to the outdoor entertaining area. The "behind the scenes" work was a lot because we made modifications in the structures, plumbing and electrical.

“Many years ago, I used KMK to paint my house, last year they did a full renovation. On both occasions, I was impressed by the professionalism, quality, and excellent customer service. A few days ago, I hired another company to do some minor work in my outdoor area, so I choose the “cheaper” option, which was a big mistake. This other trades didn’t do the job properly, were rude, and it was very stressful to deal with them, in the end, they even charge me more. So my advice is that Never go for the cheaper option because it can be more expensive and very stressful. I am sharing this because I realized when I compare to the service that Matt & Kris gave us, that KMK service goes beyond exceptional!!! I have used KMK several times now - perhaps 5 times over the last 10 years. They always do a good job. Their painters are meticulous in every way - great work, great courtesy, leave my house tidy every day. More recently we did a man-cave which is great with new fake timber floors. next, we are doing a kitchen and bathroom reno with KMK. they did my mums place recently and she loves it aged 86 - Stuart
